Registration & Abstract Submission

Abstract submission is now open until February 2nd 2025, midnight. Submitted abstracts can be edited on this platform at any point up until the deadline.

You may submit an abstract for an Oral Presentation or a Poster Presentation. Abstracts submitted for Oral Presentations may be offered only Poster Presentations due to the finite number of presentation slots in the two-day schedule.

Registration will be available on January 24th until March 14th, 2025.

Coffee Breaks

Refreshments (coffee, tea, water and snack food) will be served free of charge to participants wearing name badges. 

Lunch Breaks

Lunch will be provided free of charge to participants wearing name badges. There will be options available to suit all diets.

Tuesday Evening Event

On Tuesday 8th April, the first day of the conference will end for the day with a conference dinner with more details to follow.

Venue

The conference will be held in the Faculté des Lettres et Sciences Humaines, Victor Segalen, Université Bretagne Occidentale, in Brest, France, room Amphi 3.
